We performed asbestos, lead, and miscellaneous toxic materials (PCBs, mercury, universal wastes) surveys of this industrial complex to facilitate purchase of the property by an investor. Our client, another consulting company, was happy to be able to contract with one company to provide all of the services they needed, avoiding the expense and bother of dealing with multiple sub-consultants. We completed the work rapidly to assist them in meeting their deadline for preparation delivery of the due diligence reports needed by the prospective purchaser, a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT).
